Just look at what Soca is doing to us! As Coutain passionately sings, "It has me in a jam (as in feting) again!" We're excited to present new music from the infectious "Heroes Riddim." We are proud to present "Jamtown," a track that features one of our spotlight artists, Coutain. We absolutely love this music release with all the live instruments. The sound of brass always makes carnival music feel so much better.
If you're a fan of excellent music, you'll be delighted by what Tano has achieved with this production. The song, co-written by Coutain, Tano, Mical Teja, and Jeruel Saunders and produced by Tano, has us reflecting on the future direction of Soca. Coutain's singing style and vocal nuances bring a unique R&B Soca vibe that just feels right.
We've previously expressed our desire/anticipation for new music from Coutain, and now that "Jamtown" is here, we can confidently say that both he and Tano have delivered beyond expectations. Every element of this song resonates perfectly. From the teasing intro, reminiscent of "Voice, the artist," to the seamless flow of the music, "Jamtown" takes us on a joyous Carnival journey while also providing a relaxing and enjoyable listening experience.
This song is the epitome of carnival vibes. Let me reiterate: "Jamdown" embodies the complete essence of Carnival vibes. "Jamdown" seamlessly blends into any setting, be it immersed in a high-energy fête or relaxing in a hammock. Though it may not have the typical bacchanal energy expected at a carnival party, we strongly believe that it has the potential to make a significant impact in the club scene, offering the sweetest wine for those ready to dance the night away.
We're eager to see where "Jamtown" goes from here. On the Heroes Album, does "Jamtown" speak to you? We love it. Share your thoughts with us!

Kes has just dropped a new Soca track titled "Medicine," and it's already making waves! Written by the talented trio of Kes, Tano, and Mical Teja, and produced by Tano, this song is a welcome addition to the Soca scene, especially as we kick off the weekend.
Kes has always been known for their infectious beats and vibrant energy, and "Medicine" continues that tradition. However, it might take a few listens to fully appreciate the nuances of this track. While the music has a smooth flow, some fans might find it doesn't immediately grab them with the same excitement as previous hits.
That said, "Medicine" is still a solid song with outstanding potential. The collaboration between Kes, Tano, and Mical Teja brings a fresh dynamic to the track, and Tano's production ensures a polished sound. Although it may not be the most thrilling song immediately, it's definitely worth giving it a chance to grow on you.
What do you think about this latest release from Kes? Do you agree that it takes a bit to get into, or did it hit you right away?
Addendum:
"The more I listen to Kes' new release, 'Medicine,' the more I'm loving it! This track is a true gem, blending Kes' signature Soca vibes with fresh, catchy beats. The collaboration with Tano and Mical Teja brings a unique flavor that keeps me hitting replay. The live musical instruments are awesome: the guitars, bass, and horns all come together to create a sound that's both familiar and excitingly new. Kes never disappoints, and 'Medicine' is no exception. If you haven't given it a listen yet, you're definitely missing out!

Carnival leaves a lasting impression on our hearts. Year after year, the music of the carnival and the revelers in the streets fade into the distance, but the memories remain, buried deep within us, ready for recall. The vibrant parade of colors, the energy, the pulsating rhythms—all these elements come together to form the collective joy we yearn to relive.
Enter "Can't Live Without You" by College Boy Jesse and Super Blue—an anthem that captures the very essence of those cherished memories and revitalizes our love for Carnival.
From the first note to the last beat, the song is a nostalgic journey that reminds us of unforgettable moments. Specifically, the video images for this track transport us back to the period when Super Blue dominated South Trinidad during Calypso Fiesta. "Can't Live Without You" is more than just a song; it's a vibrant celebration of the festival's spirit, a testament to the memories that define us.
There is so much more than just the memories this music will help create. "Can't Live Without You" showcases the collaborative genius of writers James Morgan, Jesse Stewart, and the legendary Austin "Super Blue" Lyons. Produced by the talented Swayne Jn Baptiste and JameesyPMusic, this track delivers a fresh yet familiar vibe that echoes the past while embracing the present. Mark Wright @ Studio3 expertly handled the mixing, and Johann Seaton finished the mastering to create this memorable song.
Here is our genuine opinion about this song. What truly stands out is the reflection on Carnival's past, woven seamlessly into the energetic beats of today. The song is bound to resonate with fans of College Boy Jesse and especially longtime admirers of Super Blue. Despite any changes in his voice, Super Blue's unparalleled ability to evoke the Soca Baptiste spirit and energize the crowd remains intact.
We love the infectious rhythm and evocative lyrics of "Can't Live Without You." It's more than a tune; it's an invitation to dance, remember, and celebrate.
But don't just take our word for it—immerse yourself in this musical celebration and let us know what you think!
