Patrice Roberts, the new Queen of Soca, is focusing on business with her latest music release; she is the teaser, she is the boss, and she is in charge of Trinbago’s upcoming Carnival celebrations scheduled for 2025. Her latest music release will enthrall and captivate her fans, creating a teasing atmosphere for Trinidad's upcoming carnival in 2025. Yes, the wait is finally over, and her new music is sultry and scandalous in a pleasing way.

She is here to make this season memorable, and we cannot wait to see her perform "Kitty Cat" on stage. Patrice is a teaser on stage, and with this song we expect that she will have her fans delirious and pumped-up for every performance. Patrice has done it again with her latest Soca release, "Kitty Cat." This track is a masterclass in playful, teasing sensuality, using double entendre to keep listeners guessing and grooving.

"Kitty Cat" is a tantalizing blend of catchy rhythms and cheeky lyrics, perfectly capturing the essence of Carnival's flirtatious spirit. Patrice's sultry vocals glide over the infectious beat, creating a song that's as enjoyable to dance to as it is to decipher. The clever use of the term "Kitty Cat" adds a layer of intrigue, inviting listeners to enjoy the song on multiple levels.

Whether you're on the road for Carnival or just enjoying a night out, "Kitty Cat" is sure to be a hit. It's a celebration of Soca's playful side, showcasing Patrice Roberts' talent for creating music that's both sexy and sophisticated. Therefore, pump up the volume, relax, and allow "Kitty Cat" to awaken your inner teasing.

So, there you have it! Are you ready to vibe with Patrice? Are you ready to let "Kitty Cat" do her thing for Carnival 2025? We are, and we can't wait to release "Kitty Cat"!

YouTube music release notes re-imagined by Sokah2Soca:
The queen of Soca is back, and she's bringing pure vibes! "Kitty Cat" is the most recent release from Patrice Roberts, and it has elicited a lively and groovy response from the audience.

Prepare to elevate your Carnival 2025 party exhibitions with this captivating song that emphasizes self-assurance, exuberance, and embracing your inner feline! This song is a certified hit that will have you winning in no time, and Patrice never disappoints.

Listen now and feel the rhythm take over! Whether you're at the fete, on the road, or just vibing at home, "Kitty Cat" is the perfect tune to set the mood.

Addendum:
The song is just 2:17 long... What is this new phenomenon all about? Why can't these producers provide us with at least 3:30 for their new songs? Soca songs are becoming increasingly shorter, which we find unacceptable.

Nadia Batson, who we all love and better known as Nadie, is the artist behind the mood-boosting track titled "Best in a While." This is the song we've been waiting for to jumpstart the season! Known for her ability to deliver infectious rhythms and soulful melodies, Nadia has crafted a track that perfectly captures the vibrant energy of Trinidadian Carnival. Iwer sounds like a feckless individual who promises to pay his bill "when ah come back"! Yes, my friends, despite Iwer's tendency to sing "well, well" to introduce his repetitive lyrical content, his fans seem to be captivated by his charismatic charm. Today, Iwer is releasing a song that he hopes will excite his fans. Perhaps it will excite his fans, but they may feel, like us, that it's nothing new. So, for those who get excited for new music, and especially for those who are fans of Iwer George, we present his Carnival 2025 release titled, "When Ah Come Back."

While "When Ah Come Back" is undeniably catchy and perfect for getting a crowd moving, some fans have noted that it falls short in terms of lyrical depth. The song is light on substantive content, focusing more on creating a fun, party atmosphere than on delivering a meaningful message.

This approach isn't entirely new for Soca music, which often prioritizes rhythm and energy over complex lyrics. However, for those who look to Iwer George for both musical excitement and thought-provoking content, "When Ah Come Back" might feel a bit lacking.

Despite this, there's no denying the song's ability to captivate and energize listeners. It's tailor-made for Carnival, where the main goal is to dance, celebrate, and enjoy the moment. So, while "When Ah Come Back" might not be Iwer George's most lyrically profound work, it's sure to be a hit on the road and in the fetes, bringing that unmistakable Carnival spirit to life.

Iwer may just have caught lightening in a bottle with the hook "when ah come back." I have a feeling that this would be a commonplace statement in Trinidad and Tobago, especially for those who love to drink but don't want to spend money. Say what you want; Iwer has a way of captivating his carnival audience.

"Disco," a new song by Badjohn Republic, transports us to the era when Disco Daddy dominated radio. At Sokah2Soca, we were thrilled about Nello's inclusion. After watching the music video and listening to the song, I felt somewhat disappointed. The music is good; the use of brass is a plus, but they did not use Nello enough to remind us of the impact of the Disco Daddy! Damn, what a missed opportunity.

There is no doubt that this song will generate a buzz in the Soca community. Combining LucraTiv's contemporary style with the iconic presence of Lord Nelson, the song seemed poised to be a hit. However, the title "featuring Lord Nelson" does not do justice to Nello's cameo presence. In my opinion, featuring an artist entails more than just a brief appearance in the song.

Having said that, we applaud the production team; this music has a vibe. "Disco" infuses the vibrant energy of Soca with retro elements, creating a sound that's both nostalgic and fresh. The production is top-notch, with lively beats and catchy hooks that are sure to get listeners moving. However, one significant aspect dampened the excitement for many fans: the underutilization of Lord Nelson's voice.

Known for his powerful and charismatic delivery, Lord Nelson's vocal presence has been a cornerstone of soca music for decades. While his name graces the feature, his vocal contributions in "Disco" are surprisingly minimal, leaving some fans feeling a bit let down. They were expecting to hear more of the veteran's unmistakable voice, which would have added a deeper layer of authenticity to the track.

In essence, "Disco" is a good idea, but it misses an opportunity. The song still captures the joyful essence of Soca, but the lack of Lord Nelson's prominent vocals leaves a noticeable void. Despite this, LucraTiv's innovative approach keeps the track enjoyable, and it’s worth a listen for anyone eager to hear how Soca continues to evolve. Let's hope future collaborations fully showcase the talents of legends like Lord Nelson.
