Oh Nadie! Nadia Batson can do no wrong, and when it comes to Soca music, she is on top of her game. So many will watch, wonder, and attempt to emulate the talent of this gifted singer. This is new music for carnivals in 2024, initially released for Trinidad and Tobago Carnival 2024. The song is titled "Everytime," and it is a production of XplicitMevon & Stemz Productions.
We love the music production; it has a sweet Groove Soca flow and will become a favorite for fete goers wanting to get that sweet whine with someone special. When the music production hits the sweet spot, the next two items to fall into place are good lyrics and a sweet singing voice, and voila, you have a carnival hit! Nadia Baton and Erikkson George gave good lyrical content, and Nadia's sweet voice and exquisite singing style rounded off the corners, making this one a must-have for any playlist and a go-to groove track for DJs at carnival fetes. We love this song. Enjoy!

This is new musical sweetness from the brilliant Kerwin Du Bois. The song is entitled "Life After Fete" for Carnival 2024. The song is a production of XplicitMevon and Stemz Productions. We really like this track, and we think you will favor it for sure.
So, what do we like about the song? We love the music production; the vibe has a sweet Groove-Soca flow that bodes well for feting and grooving with your special someone. The story-telling is on point, and for those of us who are carnival fanatics, the lyrical content will have a profound effect and meaning. To be honest, if you are a fan of good Soca music, then this is a 'no-brainer'.
Kerwin Du Bois, as he usually does, always brings sweet singing and awesome music to carnivals year after year. No doubt, this is going to be on rotation for Carnival 2024.

It is Friday, and we start the weekend with a new music video from Nailah Blackman. The song is titled "Jam of the Year". The production team released the music video before posting it to reputable music sites like Spotify and Apple Music.
The video was shot in Japan and shows Nailah jamming with and having fun in a country that has fallen in love with West Indian culture. Nailah is shown in various environments and in costume (have mercy on us, Nailah).
Take a look at the video, listen to the song, and share your thoughts with your social media peers. If you love it, say so, and if you don't, then tell us why.

Party Rocking is a high energy Soca song released in 2024 by Trinidadian artist Swappi. The song is built around a catchy, upbeat chorus and a driving rhythm, and it quickly became a popular party anthem in Trinidad and Tobago, as well as throughout the Caribbean.
Shadow is smiling and jamming in the afterlife as whispers of his vibe live on with this music release from Swappi. If you are a vibes person, then "Party Rocking" by Swappi will surely have you grooving. This is pure vibes, and we are thankful to the production team of Johann Seaton & Seumas Keelan Callendar for bringing back Shadow vibes for Carnival 2024.
The song's lyrics are simple but effective, and they invite the listener to let loose and have a good time. Swappi sings about the joys of partying with friends and loved ones while, at the same time, he encourages the listener to "put your life on the line" for a night of fun.
Damn, this vibe is sweet. Swappi understands Shadow and delivers on the promise that only Shadow music can deliver this feeling, this vibe for which we are thankful.
Party Rocking is an example of Soca's infectious energy and its ability to get people moving. The song's upbeat tempo and catchy melody make it irresistible to dance to, and its positive message of having a good time is sure to put a smile on anyone's face.
Party Rocking is a fun and energetic song that will set the mood and excite partygoers. It is the ideal song to play at a party where you want to create a festive atmosphere with memories of Shadow swirling in the heads of carnival revelers.
