Nessa Preppy's upcoming album, "Little Miss Arima," features an intriguing song. The featured song today is "Sha La La," with Muhammad Muwakil of Freetown Collective adding his signature vocals to accompany Nessa's sultry vocal style.
This is not your typical Soca song, but a smooth musical dissertation with vocals that explore the energy and chemistry of relationships. "Sha La La" has a vibe and should be one of those songs that may 'confuse' Soca music listeners. But, regardless of your feelings about this song, we applaud the direction the producer took with it. Variety is essential in life, and we are thoroughly enjoying the vibe of this production.
Soca music keeps giving, and the musical variety and sweet musical styles keep moving this genre forward. Big things are coming, and Nessa Preppy's "Little Miss Arima" album should be one to look forward to. We previously featured "Motion" from the upcoming album. Soca is life, and the music keeps giving. Show your support and share this post with your social media peers.

This is not your regular 'Susu-hand' where you save for a rainy day. This is music to save and use when the feeling takes over your body and vibe. This is new music for upcoming carnivals in Grenada, Saint Vincent, and Saint Lucia, as well as all other summer and fall Caribbean-styled carnivals.
The album features six artists: Problem Child, Motto (who produced the music), DYP, MKG, and Swappi, who all sing alongside Melick. Please check out the production notes below for the artists and songs. Each song on this album is different and brings its own vibe to the music production.
All fans will be pleased with the songs on the riddim, and we are thankful and pleased to feature this mix of the songs done by Indego World (big up to Indego World for the featured mixtape). There is something for everyone. With his distinctive singing style, Motto sings about the challenges of parenthood and does so with his distinctive singing style. It is always a joy to listen to Motto sing. Problem Child's standout singing style and his song, "Special Delivery," will become fan favorites.
DYP, MKG, Swappi, and Melick all sing about celebrating life and having a good time. Isn't that what Soca music is all about? So, as you dance and have a good time, keep enjoying the rhythms provided by Motto Music and continue to vibe for Carnivals in 2024 with the newly released "Susu Riddim"!

It is Friday, and we wanted a song to add some fanfare to usher in the weekend. Just as there is anticipation for the weekend, so too are carnival masqueraders; crossing the stage is an important ritual. Today, we return to Trinidad and Tobago, the mecca, for a song that you may have missed. There were so many excellent songs for Trinidad's carnival that this one did not receive the recognition it deserved. We present "My All," a song by Nadia Batson.
Nadie, as she is fondly known, is not just an excellent singer but also a prolific song writer. Quiet Storm, with additional production by Don Iko, crafts this song with excellent songwriting, sweet vocals, and superb music. Any fan of Soca music would love this production for 'palancing on-d-road'.
Here we are again—another weekend, another chance to go out and party and let off some pent-up frustration. Press play and let Nadia Batson help you shed your inhibitions and destress. If you plan to visit the islands for one of the summer carnivals, make sure to add "My All" to your playlist. Like and share with your peers. Enjoy!
