Written and sung by Chromatics, produced by DJ Sly Dx Artist, and featuring background vocals by Sherisse Collymore, the track draws on the Trinidadian archetype of the “Smart Man”—the scoundrel, hustler, or trickster who thrives on deception and opportunism.

 

Cultural Resonance is crucial. Of course we knew what a 'smart man' was, but we went online for the dirt and came up with the following bullet points:
