Are you ready for some mischief? Are you prepared to engage in some playful carnival-feting activities? Well, if you answered yes to any of the questions asked, then you are ready for a serious vibe upgrade and mischief galore with the release of the "Monkey Brain Riddim" for Barbado Crop Over Carnival 2025!

This explosive and high-energy album produced by the very talented Dwaingerous of Platta Studios is ready to control Kadooment 2025. The music feels right, and with Andrew Denny's final touches done to perfection, these songs will take control in fetes and on the road during carnival in Barbados.

This riddim is built for vibes, featuring a powerhouse lineup of soca giants: King Bubba x Shanta Prince bringing pure emotion with Feelings, Lil Rick igniting the party with Wet, Nigel Lewis unleashing pure revelry with No Behavior, and Paho delivering the ultimate celebration anthem with R.U.M.

This album should be the catalyst for carnival fever as it grips Barbados' Crop Over—because once the bass hits and the vibes take over, there’s no turning back. The "Monkey Brain Riddim" is here, and carnival will never be the same.

With his latest music release for Vincy Mas, titled "For Curry," Problem Child and his pen are once again causing serious mischief. The song comes from the "Doh Panic" Riddim, and honestly, it's not your average double entendre—this is a full-blown tongue twister designed to trip you up in the most hilarious way.

Soca comes from Calypso, and in Calypso the composer/singer can cleverly put words together that can make people cringe, laugh or simply get the meaning without saying what everyone understands about the message. "For Curry" is a clever play on words, turning an innocent phrase into something that might just get you side-eyed in conversation. Coupled with the vibrant production by Miguel "Migz" Joseph of Vibez Productionz and expertly mixed by Yannick Plante of Minor Productionz, the track delivers an irresistible groove packed with playful, wicked energy.

You know what they say about this talented songwriter/artist: "Problem is a problem!" True to Problem Child's signature style, "For Curry" aims to confuse, amuse, and get you dancing. Whether you find yourself tripping over the lyrics or fully embracing the playful chaos, one thing is certain—it’s another Soca anthem that begs for repeat plays.

Just remember, when you try to sing this song, to be careful and sure of your words. Be mindful if children are around; you wouldn’t want to embarrass yourself while trying to keep up with the witty and cheeky style of Problem Child. We love it, and we see Vincyland embracing this song—not just for silly talk, but for fun.

Once again, the Calypso magician has put on his Griot armor to deliver a social commentary calypso for the people.  "The Last Bardjohn of Calypso," Kurt Allen, is back with a report to educate the people. He wants you to know who is responsible for your district, their role in parliament, and to share some lighthearted banter along the way. The song is titled "Welcome to Parliament." After hearing this song, you won't need to look up who runs each government agency.

The combination of Kurt and Kenny, the double K's of Calypso, brings us this new song out of their "challenge music productions." This track is challenge number three. We have the song via the SoundCloud player, but we have also posted the "challenge video" discussion and the recording of the song.  Kurt offers commentary on his role as the 'griot.' Watch and learn how and why he delivers music that resonates with the population and his neutral position in politics. He simply calls it as he sees it! Kenny also discusses his role as the employer and manager of his business, emphasizing in the video that making tough decisions is necessary because it's just business.

The lyrics for the song are simple... Kurt is simply reporting the news, incorporating his clever writing style to deliver the facts with masterful precision. Kurt states that education is the key; it serves as a teaching tool and he goes on to provide insight into the makeup of our system of governance. "Welcome to Parliament" was composed and produced by the incredibly talented Kenny Phillips of KMP Music. Together, they've created a piece that's both thought-provoking and undeniably musical.

The song is simple yet incredibly catchy and danceable. Everything feels excellent and the BPM is perfectly balanced. You get to enjoy some excellent music while learning about the people who will determine the failures or success of the new government.

Don't miss out on this new music release! To all the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago: Be sure to know your 41 MPs and the constituencies they represent. And to the incoming class of representatives, welcome to Parliament! Kaiso, Kaiso!
