"Kay Ou (Your House)" is the latest Soca song by Ricky T, released on May 31, 2023, for Saint Lucia Carnival 2023. The song is a catchy, upbeat tune that gets people dancing. So, when it comes to the road parade, do you know your crew and what colors you will represent? The question is, "What is "your house," that is, your Carnival 2023 team?
The lyrics are about inviting someone to your house for a party (in this case your house in your group/team); and yes, the song has a positive and festive vibe for all team players. The album is the "Look Power Riddim" and it features Kay Ou (Your House). This song lives up to the album title, is full of vibes, and you need loads of energy to survive this carnival drive. Kay Ou has already received positive feedback from fans, and it is sure to be a hit at the Saint Lucia Carnival this year.
Let Ricky T be your guide for Carnival 2023. If you don't have a team, or if you are unsure, then choose your color, choose your team, and get ready for some high energy revelry. We love this one from Stratosphere Music. Ricky T delivers a high-energy vibe that we love and think you will enjoy. Enjoy

Today we continue with more of Trinidad and Tobago's national instruments, the steelpan symphony. For this installment we present the Sangre Grande Cordettes playing "Calm Down" sung by Rema/Selena Gomez and composed by Andre Vibez, Ali Harand.
One of the most striking sights watching this band perform is how young the players are. The Sangre Grande Cordettes brought out all the talented youth players for this performance. We wish them well. There is no doubt that steelpan music is beautiful.
